I bought a Single Family home in 2021 in Jacksonville, FL.

Martha was exceptional in her professionalism. Her response time with our questions was fast, friendly and knowledgeable which alleviated many stressful days and allowed us to concentrate on the mundane.  She negotiated, checked and prepared a turn-key situation which resulted in our purchase.  If ever in the future I need these services, Ms. Gaines will be my first choice.

WOW! WHAT CAN I REALLY SAY ABOUT MY AMAZING REALTOR, MARTHA GAINES FORSYTH. 

I WILL ADMIT TO BEING A VERY PICKY MAN, BUT MARTHA  HANDLED ME WITH KID GLOVES AND MADE MY DREAM, "SECOND HOME" COME TRUE. 

I WANTED TOTAL PRIVACY WITHOUT HAVING MILLIONS TO SPEND AND NOT ONLY DID MARTHA PROVIDE THAT, BUT ALSO A PERFECT SIZED SWIMMING POOL AND A HOT TUB FOR THOSE COOLER FLORIDA EVENINGS.
